As Vice President, Data and Technology Solutions, Reshma Karnik brings 15 years of business development, digital media, ad tech and analytics expertise to MediaLink. In her role, she works with MediaLink’s DTS team of strategists and architects to assess, recommend, and implement plans for software, hardware, and partnerships on both the buy and the sell-side.
Reshma joins MediaLink from Dentsu. During her eight-year tenure there, she was focused on programmatic media buying (strategy and activation); running a portfolio of brands (managing a book of business and revenue); as well as data and analytics. She headed up the company’s Global Data Management Platform (Amnet Audience Center), with emphasis on leveraging data in a meaningful way, garnering in-depth understanding of the audience and expanding the DMP across 30+ markets. Additionally, she co-led the Clean Supply initiative launched by Dentsu to increase the availability of brand safe, fraud free, and viewable inventory for clients. She also led two big enterprise brands globally to aid consistent programmatic data and activation strategy across markets and regions.
Reshma holds an MS in Economics from East Carolina University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. Her key passion is blending the qualitative and quantitative sides, for accurate application of data and making media buying decisions in an informed and efficient way.
